Mike was incredibly patient with my many HVAC questions and stands behind his work! The mechanical inspector noted their work looked top notch and did a clean installation.

They went above and beyond to ensure the concrete pad was shored up with an extra wood slat and minimal sheet rock cuts to run electrical from our utility room to the crawl space. Looking for HVAC installation is extremely stressful, and Brent was considerate and patient with his explanations of the process.  A big reason we went with Cloud 9 was because of their installation. They were not rushed and weren't just "slamming in" a new heat pump in less than a day to move onto a new project. These guys came as a recommendation and I was very impressed all the way around with them. Hands down these were my favorite contractors I've worked with to date. Excellent communication, and punctual! Brent was easy to work with and Mike and Ryan were also super nice and fantastic - the entire team knows what they're doing. (Also these guys came in at the lowest bid!)  Would hire them again for install and will be using them to service my heat pump in the future.
